Account Executive

You will be working as a full-time, on-site Account Executive at SortMyScene, located in Goregaon. Your primary responsibility will be to manage client relationships, drive sales, and explore new business opportunities. Your key tasks will include nurturing leads, negotiating contracts, formulating business strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction. Collaboration with team members will be essential to achieve and surpass sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's event ticketing platform. Qualifications: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish and sustain client relationships. - Proficiency in sales and negotiation to drive revenue and meet targets. - Strategic thinking and business development abilities to identify growth opportunities and create effective strategies. - Customer relationship management and problem-solving skills. - Organizational and time management capabilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. - Prior experience in the event ticketing or entertainment industry is advantageous. - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Knowledge of CRM tools and basic understanding of digital platforms is a plus. Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Handling GST & Income Tax compliance including filings, returns, and reconciliations. - Working extensively on GST and IT portals for submissions and updates. - Managing accounts using Tally and advanced Excel tools. - Ensuring adherence to GST & IT laws, rules, and regulations. - Supporting day-to-day accounting processes, documentation, and reconciliations. - Proactively identifying gaps, resolving issues, and enhancing processes.,
