Job Description

Position: Accounts Executive

Experience: 4–5 Years

Location: Chakan, Pune

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance or Accounting).

Compensation: As per market standard.

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive from the manufacturing industry with strong knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Office applications. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting records, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and supporting statutory compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP, including purchase, sales, journal, and expense transactions.
Maintain and reconcile bank accounts, vendor payments, and receivables.
Prepare and support GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Assist in inventory accounting, costing, and monthly closing of accounts.
Prepare and maintain Excel-based MIS reports and summaries for management.
Coordinate with the stores and production teams for stock and material reconciliation.
Support during internal and statutory audits.
Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial records.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
Hands-on experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
Knowledge of inventory management and manufacturing cost accounting.
Good communication and coordination skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
