Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Ramson Perfumes is a leading brand in the fragrance industry, offering a wide range of premium perfumes to customers across the globe. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance team at our Dombivli office.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Accountant with up to 1 year of experience or a fresher with a solid understanding of accounting fundamentals. The ideal candidate will assist in daily accounting operations and support the finance team to ensure efficient and compliant financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting activities including invoicing, entries, and general ledger maintenance.
• Support in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Assist in preparing tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial transaction records.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by the Senior Accountant.

Skills and Qualifications

• Maximum 1 year of experience in an accounting role or a fresher with strong accounting knowledge.
• Sound understanding of accounting standards and principles (Ind AS, IFRS).
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
