Role Overview Leena AI is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive, NAMER to join our growing sales team. This role is crucial in expanding our footprint in North America, working with enterprise clients to drive adoption of our AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate must have prior experience at Moveworks and a proven track record of enterprise sales success. Key Responsibilities Drive new business sales in the North American market by identifying, prospecting, and closing enterprise deals. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Build strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and stakeholders at enterprise organizations. Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless client experiences. Maintain a deep understanding of Leena AIs product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reporting. Required Qualifications Mandatory experience at Moveworks , with a strong understanding of AI-driven enterprise solutions. 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS or AI-based solutions. Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing complex, high-value deals. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to navigate complex sales processes and engage with multiple stakeholders. Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
