Position: Account Executive (Fresher / Junior Level)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to support our finance and accounting operations. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh B.Com graduates or early-career professionals who want to gain real-world experience and grow in the accounting field.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily accounting transactions in Tally ERP, Busy, or similar software
• Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and payment entries
• Assist with bank reconciliation, expense tracking, and GST-related entries
• Support the senior accountant during audits and report preparation
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality in all financial activities

Requirements

• Education: B.Com or equivalent (Commerce background mandatory)
• Experience: 0–6 months (Freshers are welcome)
• Software Knowledge: Tally ERP, Busy, and MS Excel
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail, learning mindset, and reliability

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month (based on skills & performance)
