Account Executive

Job Title: Accountant

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Location: Noida.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting, particularly with experience in Chartered Accountant (CA) firms.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com)
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in CA firms

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and manage daily cash transactions
• File Income Tax Returns (ITR) and manage related documentation
• File GST, TDS, and Provident Fund (PF) returns in a timely and accurate manner
• Prepare financial statements, including:
• Balance Sheets
• Profit and Loss Statements
• Cash Flow Statements
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
• Prepare and file tax returns; coordinate with tax authorities when needed
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and suggest improvements
• Provide financial insights and actionable recommendations to management
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate financial records
• Stay updated on the latest accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
