Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Executive to handle daily accounting operations, including GST returns, bank reconciliations, IT return filing, and general ledger maintenance. The candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and hands-on experience with Tally ERP or similar accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines.
• Manage bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in Income Tax (IT) return filing and documentation.
• Maintain Trial Balance, vouchers, and ensure accurate data entry.
• Record sales and purchase entries in accounting software.
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and external consultants.
• Handle end-to-end accounting processes efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com graduate with 3–6 years of accounting experience.
• In-depth knowledge of GST, IT returns, and general accounting.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Accounting Software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
