Job Description – Accounts Executive - Male Only,

Position: Accounts Executive
Department: Accounts & Finance
Location: Chennai – T Nagar
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose:

To manage daily accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the Accounts & Finance department in day-to-day operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

· Record all daily bank transactions and prepare bank reconciliation statements.

· Check and verify sales bills with proper supporting documents.

· Prepare, verify, and maintain petty cash vouchers.

· Manage Against Reference (Agst Ref) entries correctly in Tally ERP.

· Perform GSTR-2B reconciliation and resolve any mismatches in input tax credit.

· Reconcile supplier ledgers and confirm balances with statements.

· Maintain all accounting files and vouchers in proper order.

· Support senior accountants during audit and month-end closing.

Requirements:

· 2–3 years of experience in accounting work.

· Good knowledge of Tally ERP and GST compliance.

· Strong skills in reconciliation and attention to detail.

· Able to handle cash and bank entries independently.

· Good communication and coordination with team members and vendors.

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / Any Accounting or Finance Degree
