Role Overview: Executive – Accounts

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, reconciling bank statements, handling payables/receivables, and supporting audits and budgeting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update general ledger and accounting records
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure transaction accuracy
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with auditors, vendors, and internal teams
• Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and returns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter/MBA Finance a plus)
• 4-5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho Books)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory compliance
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with MS Office tools

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling audits and internal controls
• Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP
• Exposure to ERP systems
