Account Executive

Job Purpose:

To manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial decision-making in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Record daily purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries in Tally / ERP / SAP.
• Maintain cash book, bank book, and ledger accounts accurately.
• Prepare journal vouchers, debit/credit notes, and reconciliation statements.
• Handle Accounts Payable (vendors) and Accounts Receivable (customers) efficiently.
• Monitor petty cash and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.

2. Taxation & Compliance

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, GSTR-9).
• Handle TDS deduction, filing, and challan payments.
• Assist in Income Tax and Audit requirements.
• Maintain compliance with PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations.

3. Banking & Financial Management

• Handle bank reconciliation on a monthly basis.
• Manage payment approvals, online transfers, and fund flow statements.
• Coordinate with banks for LC, overdraft, or loan documentation.

4. Reporting & MIS

• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheet drafts, and Expense Analysis.
• Support management with costing reports and budget planning.
• Ensure timely closing of books at month-end and year-end.

5. Audit & Verification

• Assist external and internal auditors during periodic audits.
• Maintain all vouchers, bills, and supporting documents for verification.

6. Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / SAP / Excel
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles (AS/IndAS)
• Analytical thinking and accuracy in numbers
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multi-tasking and confidentiality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
