Role & responsibilities a. Review the accounting activities for Solar/ Renewable business at the Holding Company and SPV level b. Review of Standalone financials monthly and on annual basis and submit the same after analysis to the Management, Board, Auditors and Financial Institutions. c. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements relating to accounts. d. Co-ordinate timely Outsourced Accounting Team, Statutory Auditors, and for Internal Financial Controls. e. Ensuring relevant schedules in relation to audit are prepared by the Outsourced Accounting Team and reviewing the same f. Providing various documentation to Auditors in relation to Internal Financial Controls and Statutory Audit Preferred candidate profile : Female
