Hiring: Accountant
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Full-Time / On-site)
Experience: 3 – 5+ years in Accounting
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Reconciliation:
Reconcile marketplace settlements, payments, returns, commissions, and deductions.
Record and verify sales, returns, and refunds accurately.
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and MIS reports.
Track and analyze revenue, commissions, and promotional deductions.
Prepare P&L statements ensuring accuracy of financial data.
GST & Tax Compliance:
File GST returns related to e-commerce transactions.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and tax compliance.
Ensure adherence to accounting and taxation norms applicable to online sales.
Vendor & Payment Coordination:
Reconcile supplier/vendor accounts and manage timely payments.
Track settlements and payment cycles from all e-commerce platforms.
Manage TDS/TCS entries and coordinate with marketplaces for related issues.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and E-commerce compliance.
Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills.
Ability to handle large data sets and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Tally ERP / Tally Prime, Excel, and accounting software.
Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
Certification in Accounting preferred.
Salary: Competitive, based on skills and experience.
