Job Description

The Accountant Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s financial records, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions, and supporting the overall financial strategy. This role involves handling a variety of accounting functions, including billing, budgeting, financial reporting, and audits, to ensure the financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting & Record-Keeping:
  • Maintain and manage the day-to-day financial records of the company.
  • Ensure the accuracy of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
  • Assist in preparing the company’s budget and monitor spending to ensure it is within budget.
  • Provide financial forecasting and insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Accounts Reconciliation:
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are correctly accounted for.
  • Reconcile discrepancies found in financial statements.
  • Tax Compliance:
  • Ensure the company complies with all local, state, and federal tax regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and coordinate with external auditors for tax audits.
  • Audit Management:
  • Assist in the internal and external audit processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and accounting regulations during audits.
  • Invoicing & Payments:
  • Handle invoicing, processing payments, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
  • Expense Tracking:
  • Monitor and manage the company’s expenses to ensure adherence to the budget.
  • Track employee expense reports and ensure they align with company policies.
  • Financial Analysis:
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Provide recommendations to management on improving financial performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
