Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, expense, and journal entries).
• Prepare and maintain books of accounts up to finalization.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain vendor/customer ledgers.
• Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
• Maintain and verify supporting documents for all transactions.
• Ensure timely invoice processing, payments, and collections.
• Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance role.
• Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP software (knowledge of Excel & MS Office required).
• Familiar with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
