Account Executive

Job Description

Financial Reporting, Analysis & Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments. Monitor and reconcile bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable balances. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the accounting system Provide support during internal and external audits, including preparing necessary documentation and reports. Assist in implementing audit recommendations to improve financial controls. Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records. Monitor and record petty cash transactions. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices. Transportation and logistics bill verification and payment Taxation and Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably within the manufacturing or distribution industry Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SAP) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Experience with inventory management systems Familiarity with project accounting principles Ability to analyse complex data and generate insightful reports Intersted candidates can contact on: 9978053668 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Tally: 1 year (Preferred) Account: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 1 year (Preferred)
