Job Summary:

The Accounting Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting in finalization of books and tax audits. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Operations

·       Manage accounting activities on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

·       Record and reconcile sales, purchases, and expenses transactions.

·       Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts and ledgers.

GST Compliance

GST returns

·       Reconcile input tax credits and resolve GST-related issues.

TDS & Other Statutory Deductions

·       Calculate and ensure timely deduction and deposit of TDS.

·       Prepare and file TDS returns as per statutory norms.

Reporting

daily cash and sales reports

·       Support management in financial planning and cost control analysis.

Stock & Inventory

periodic stock checks

Audit & Finalization

·       Assist in tax audits, internal audits, and statutory audits.

·       Support in finalization of accounts at year-end and coordinate with auditors.

Skills & Competencies:

·       Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP accounting systems.

·       Sound understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.

·       Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation.

·       Good communication and coordination skills.

·       Detail-oriented with strong analytical ability.
