Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and payment reconciliations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Razorpay and a strong understanding of general accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Manage and reconcile Razorpay transactions and settlements.
Handle daily accounting entries in Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks (as applicable).
Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely posting of all financial transactions.
Perform bank reconciliations and vendor/customer account reconciliations.
Process invoices, payments, and expense claims.
Assist in GST, TDS filings, and coordination with auditors.
Generate financial reports as required by management.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain and organise all accounting records and documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B. Com/M. Com preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Mandatory experience in Razorpay - reconciliation, settlements, and dashboard operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks.
Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
