As part of our continued growth, we are hiring an Account Executive at our Bharuch (Chawaj) office. This role is ideal for experienced accounting professionals proficient in Tally who want to grow their careers in a reputed agro-industry brand.

Position Overview – Account Executive | Bharuch (Chawaj), Gujarat

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with internal and statutory requirements. The candidate should have solid experience using Tally ERP and possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping in Tally ERP.
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, trial balance, balance sheet, and financial statements.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors for smooth financial operations.
• Monitor receivables and payables, reconcile accounts, and prepare MIS reports.
• Ensure timely filing of returns and maintain accounting accuracy for all transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 6 years in accounting, preferably in manufacturing or agrochemical sectors.
• Software: Tally ERP (Mandatory); MS Excel and other accounting tools preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Location: Chawaj, Bharuch, Gujarat (On-site role).
