Salary: ₹20 – 24 LPA Employment Type: Full-time Work Days: Monday to Friday Job Overview: We are seeking a highly strategic and seasoned Account Director – Client Servicing to lead key client relationships, drive topline growth, and steer end- to-end delivery across our corporate events and experiential campaigns. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the entire client servicing function, ensuring marquee accounts are retained and grown, teams are upskilled, and delivery excellence is achieved across all projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial judgment, people leadership, and a proven track record in managing multi-crore client portfolios within the events industry. Key Responsibilities: Business Leadership & Client Strategy: • Drive and exceed quarterly & annual revenue targets across the client portfolio. Ensure an active pipeline of upcoming mandates aligned with conversion benchmarks. • Retain and grow marquee accounts through consistent engagement and value delivery. Lead high-value client conversations, managing senior stakeholders and CXOs directly. • Maintain structured client feedback programs and ongoing account health reviews. Ensure commercial success via timely billing, scope governance, and margin control. Team Management & Organizational Structuring: • Lead, mentor, and evaluate performance of the entire client servicing team. Define KRAs, review systems, and escalation protocols to streamline team operations. • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and goal orientation. Identify skills gaps and lead upskilling initiatives including pitch coaching and client-readiness training. Campaign Strategy & Delivery Oversight: • Oversee planning and execution of multi-city corporate events, brand activations, and on-ground experiential campaigns. Approve SOPs, manage project risks, and implement quality control across all key deliverables. • Intervene in high-stakes campaign stages and ensure timely, efficient delivery. Facilitate seamless collaboration between Creative, Production, Finance, and Logistics teams. Process Optimization & Innovation Leadership: • Improve internal processes for proposals, planning, and client feedback mechanisms. Establish efficient information flow and cross-functional communication protocols. • Stay informed on emerging trends in experiential marketing and apply insights to campaign strategies. Support new business development with strategic insights and pitch contributions. Qualifications & Skills: Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. (MBA preferred). Experience: • Minimum 13 years of client servicing experience in corporate events within the event management industry, specifically in an agency setting. • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects and multi-crore accounts. Strong background in leading large teams, including mid to senior-level talent. Technical Skills: • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Skilled in budgeting, SOP creation, and campaign/project management tools. Soft Skills: • Strategic thinker with strong business insight and judgment. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and manage deadlines under pressure. • Strong client-facing presence with a focus on relationship longevity and business expansion.
