Own and drive revenue targets for the assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Develop and execute account growth strategies focused on data and AI solutions, including generative AI applications. Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, driving strategic engagements in Data AI solutions. Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through marketing efforts, referrals, and strategic partnerships. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to expand business within the BFSI industry. Build and maintain strong OEM partnerships with industry leaders like Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, Qlik-Talend to co-market and co-sell AI-driven solutions. Leverage OEM relationships to enhance solution offerings and drive joint sales initiatives. Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline, tracking deal progress, revenue forecasts, and closure timelines. Ensure accurate reporting of sales metrics and account performance. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and competitor activities within the Data AI space, with a strong emphasis on generative AI applications in BFSI. Provide insights to internal teams to refine product positioning and sales strategies. Lead complex sales negotiations, structuring deals that align with customer needs and business objectives. Ensure contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements are aligned with business and legal frameworks. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing the value proposition of generative AI and data-driven solutions. Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to demonstrate solution capabilities and business impact. Required Skills: 12-20 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Customer Success, and Partner Management. Strong expertise in Data AI concepts, including Generative AI, and their industry applications. Previous experience working with BFSI clients and selling Data AI solutions. Proven ability to manage high-value accounts, drive revenue growth, and establish long-term relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic sales skills. Strong proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools. Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment. Deep understanding of Generative AI technologies, their capabilities, limitations, and use cases. Technical aptitude to articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and technical teams.
