Job Title: Account Assistant Location: Vadodara Reports To: Senior Accountant / Finance Manager Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1-3 years Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Assistant to support our accounting and finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, reconciling bank statements, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry and ledger maintenance. Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and on time. Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. Maintain organized financial records and documentation. Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements. Prepare and submit reports to management as needed. Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding billing and payments. Handle general administrative tasks related to finance and accounts. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing). Proven experience in an accounting support role preferred. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity.
