Zoho Books Management: Add and update bills and expenses (especially for software payments). Track and manage payment reminders to ensure timely payments. Invoice Generation: Generate invoices for services provided by the company. Ensure accuracy and consistency in invoice details. Budget and Expense Tracking: Maintain monthly budgets for different departments. Collaborate with the finance team to forecast upcoming expenses . Vendor and Agreement Management: Track all vendor payments and ensure timely processing. Maintain vendor agreements and track trademark applications or other registrations. Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports on expenses, payments, and budgets. Assist in preparing data for accounting and tax compliance . GST and Compliance: Share GST details with accountants for timely filing. Requirements \u2705 Requirements: Qualification: Bachelordegree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce . Experience: 0-1 years of experience in finance or accounting . Skills: Basic understanding of accounting principles . Familiarity with Zoho Books (preferred but not mandatory). Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets. Attributes: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment. Eagerness to learn and grow in financial operations.
