Position SummaryThe Senior Analyst will support the implementation of all Impact Measurement & Management (IMM) and Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) activities for Accion Advisory. This includes designing Theories of Change (ToC) for Advisory projects, developing baseline, midline, and endline surveys, and coordinating data collection, management, analysis, and reporting to support the execution of Accion’s IMM strategy.The ideal candidate will have excellent coordination and data management skills, with the ability to work effectively across regions and projects.The position will be based in India. Position Summary Accion’s global communications team seeks a Communications Manager to support a long-term program focused on connecting micro and small businesses to the digital economy. The position is located in Mumbai, India. The Communications Manager will lead positioning strategy for the program, promoting the impact of this work to connect micro and small businesses to the digital economy and Accion’s capabilities to cultivate future partnerships. The Communications Manager will lead planning for at least one in-person industry event with a targeted audience and drive content efforts through content planning, writing and editing, and social media copywriting. As we work to raise Accion’s profile in the fields of impact investing, financial inclusion, fintech, and economic empowerment, they will work with Accion’s teams to ensure our work is shared with target audiences in a high-quality and dynamic way.
