Job Overview: The Academics operations is centrally responsible for overseeing the academic results across all campuses of IIC Lakshya. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to ensure the highest standards of academic excellence and continuous improvement in teaching methodologies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Academic Leadership: Lead and manage the academic department to achieve and maintain high academic standards. Develop and implement academic policies and procedures to enhance the quality of education. 2. Faculty Management: Recruit, train, and mentor faculty members to ensure effective teaching practices. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to faculty. 3. Student Performance: Monitor and analyze student performance data to identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to enhance student outcomes and ensure high pass rates. 4. Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure academic excellence. Conduct regular audits of teaching practices and student assessments. 5. Innovation in Teaching: Promote the use of innovative teaching methodologies and technologies. Encourage continuous professional development for faculty members. 6. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other departments to support academic initiatives. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and stakeholders regarding academic matters. 7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements. Keep abreast of changes in education regulations and implement necessary adjustments. 8. Reporting: Prepare and present reports on academic performance to the Managing Director and other stakeholders. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 05 - 10 years of experience in an academic leadership role. Proven track record of improving academic outcomes. Strong understanding of curriculum development and quality assurance processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and implement data-driven strategies. Proficiency in using educational technologies and software. Preferred Skills: Experience in a multi-campus educational institution.
