Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our Academic Sales team in Tiruppur. If you have a passion for education and strong communication skills, this is your chance to make a difference in students' lives.

Responsibilities:

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Explain course details clearly to prospective students
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
• Use strong convincing skills to convert inquiries into enrollments
• Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or academic sales
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong persuasive and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
