Position: Academic Mentor

Role Summary
As an Academic Mentor, you will act as a guide and motivator—supporting students academically and personally. You’ll work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure each student receives the attention and encouragement they need to excel.

Key Responsibilities

Mentorship & Student Development

• Build strong, trusting relationships with students to support their learning and personal growth.
• Lead engaging activities and programs that encourage holistic development beyond the classroom.
• Collaborate with teaching and counseling teams to address academic or behavioral concerns.

Academic Oversight & Support

• Monitor academic performance and proactively identify learning gaps.
• Conduct evaluations and provide targeted academic interventions when needed.
• Assist in designing and implementing customized learning plans for struggling students.

Parent Collaboration

• Maintain regular, constructive communication with parents/guardians.
• Participate in meetings to discuss progress and align on strategies.
• Provide families with guidance on supporting their child’s education at home.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, performance, and behavior.
• Analyze data to inform instructional strategies and mentoring plans.
• Use digital tools effectively to document and report student progress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
