Position: Academic Mentor

About the Role
As an Academic Mentor, you will be a consistent support system for students—tracking their academic performance, addressing their challenges, and collaborating with teachers and families to create a positive and effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Student Mentoring & Engagement

• Develop meaningful connections with students to support their academic and personal development.
• Lead co-curricular activities and initiatives that promote confidence, creativity, and leadership.
• Partner with educators and counselors to ensure student needs are met with care and consistency.

Academic Support & Monitoring

• Regularly track academic progress and identify areas where additional help is needed.
• Conduct assessments and offer focused academic guidance.
• Work with faculty to create customized learning plans for students who require extra support.

Parent Communication & Involvement

• Maintain open communication with parents or guardians regarding student progress.
• Attend and support parent meetings to align on student goals and strategies.
• Offer advice on how families can effectively support learning at home.

Data Handling & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and behavior.
• Use student data to drive interventions and improve academic outcomes.
• Utilize digital tools to manage, track, and report progress effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
