Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Academic Manager to oversee curriculum implementation, teacher training, and academic quality across our preschool centers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude towards academic excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular teacher training sessions and orientation programs to enhance classroom delivery and teaching standards.

Ensure effective implementation of the preschool curriculum across all franchise centers.

Provide academic support and mentoring to teachers and center heads.

Conduct classroom observations, assessments, and feedback sessions to maintain quality benchmarks.

Collaborate with the management and curriculum team for academic planning and innovation.

Monitor lesson plans, learning outcomes, and child development parameters.

Visit centers regularly within the city to ensure consistency in academic delivery and adherence to brand standards.

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications: ECCE / Montessori / NTT trained or a Graduate / Postgraduate in Home Science / Child Development / Early Childhood Education.

Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in preschool academics or teacher training.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and presentation abilities

Passionate about early childhood education

Ability to lead, guide, and motivate teams

Other Requirements:

Must be willing to travel within the city as part of academic supervision.
