Academic In-charge Play School

As an Academic Incharge at Dinis International Pre School, your role will involve overseeing and managing the academic operations of the play school to ensure quality teaching-learning practices and smooth curriculum implementation. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning, designing, and implementing age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans for all classes from Playgroup to UKG. - Guiding and mentoring teachers in effective teaching strategies, classroom management, and child development practices. - Monitoring classroom activities to maintain academic standards. - Organizing training sessions and workshops for teachers to enhance teaching quality. - Coordinating with management to plan monthly planners, events, and academic calendars. - Conducting regular classroom observations and providing feedback to educators. - Ensuring that learning outcomes align with the school's vision and early childhood education guidelines. - Communicating with parents when necessary and supporting them in understanding their child's progress. - Introducing innovative and engaging activities to make learning fun and meaningful. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education / Education / Psychology (Masters preferred). - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in preschool teaching or academic coordination. - Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy and play-based learning. - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Creative thinker with a passion for nurturing young minds. - Ability to manage and motivate a team of teachers.
