About the Role
We are hiring experienced Sales Professionals for a full-time remote role. The position involves connecting with potential learners, understanding their goals, and guiding them toward suitable professional courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow up on incoming leads
• Explain program features, benefits, and pricing
• Assist prospective learners throughout the enrollment process
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records and update CRM regularly
• Provide quality support and maintain long-term relationships

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in core sales
• Working laptop and stable high-speed internet connection
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to work independently within assigned work hours (10 AM – 7 PM)
• Target-driven and comfortable in a performance-based role
