Job Title: Telecaller Job Type: Full-Time Location: Bangalore Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills and a persuasive attitude. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries Explain products/services to customers and convince them to schedule a meeting/demo/purchase Maintain a database of customer information Follow up on leads and maintain a call log Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; graduation preferred Good communication skills in English and local language Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools) Ability to handle stress well Prior experience in telecalling/sales/customer service is a plus Show more Show less
