About the Role

Xylem Learning is seeking dynamic and results-driven Academic Counselors to join our telesales and admissions team in Kozhikode. In this role, you will connect with students and parents to guide them toward the right academic programs, drive admissions, and contribute to the company’s growth.

This position is ideal for individuals with experience in telesales, academic counseling, or education services—and who have a passion for helping students achieve their goals while meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential students and parents via inbound and outbound calls from our internal lead database.
• Understand each student’s academic goals and recommend suitable Xylem Learning programs.
• Present and promote the organization’s courses and benefits confidently to drive enrolments.
• Build strong relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
• Achieve or exceed monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and enrolments in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to stay informed about program updates and campaigns.
• Provide valuable feedback to improve lead quality, conversion strategies, and student experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in telesales, academic counseling, or student advisory roles (preferably in the education sector).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/enrolment targets is an advantage.
• Female candidates preferred.
