Job Title: Academic Counselor
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Academic Counselor to guide students in making informed decisions about their academic pursuits. The successful candidate will provide expert advice on course selection, foster strong relationships with students, and support them in achieving their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized guidance to students on course selection and admission processes
- Offer expert advice on various academic programs and career paths
- Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with students
- Help students navigate academic challenges and achieve their goals
- Convert leads into admissions and meet or exceed monthly targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling or a related field
- Any Bachelor's degree (flexible discipline)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds and needs
- Results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving monthly targets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
