Job Profile: Academic Counsellor

The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective parents through the school admission process and coordinating with the marketing team to achieve enrolment targets. The role involves handling admission enquiries, providing accurate information about the school’s academic programs and facilities, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for parents. Additionally, the counsellor will supervise the marketing team, track leads, plan outreach activities, and support overall admission growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online enquiries from parents regarding school admissions.
• Counsel parents on academic programs, school systems, facilities, and admission procedures.
• Follow up with prospective parents to convert leads into admissions.
• Supervise and guide the marketing team in executing outreach, campaigns, and field activities.
• Maintain enquiry records, admission data, and daily/weekly reports.
• Collaborate with school leadership to plan admission strategies and events.
• Ensure excellent customer service and uphold the school’s brand image.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,190.11 - ₹20,000.00 per month
