Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor based in Jalandhar. The Academic Counselor's day-to-day tasks include providing academic guidance to students, understanding their needs, and suggesting suitable courses or programs. Responsibilities include maintaining student records, conducting counseling sessions, addressing student queries, and collaborating with the academic team to ensure student success.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide academic guidance, conduct counseling, and resolve student queries
• Organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Proficiency in maintaining records and working with collaborative tools
• Counseling experience and familiarity with educational systems are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree is must.
