Role: Academic Counselor Responsibilities: Manage and convert leads, ensuring performance targets are met. Achieve monthly sales targets through online channels. Provide comprehensive information to prospective learners via phone, email, chat, and social media. Identify potential leads from existing customers to expand the sales pipeline. Coordinate with the team to ensure goals are met and foster collaboration. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field. Tele-calling experience is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization is essential. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong communication and customer service skills.
