Location: Bengaluru (Work from Home initially, transitioning to Work from Office after office setup or possibility of being designated at a partnered college in Bengaluru) About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic Associate Academic Counselors to join IIDE as we expand into Bengaluru! This is a great opportunity to be part of IIDEs pioneering team during its exciting launch phase in the city. You will be responsible for guiding students through IIDE’s digital marketing courses , offering career advice , and working towards meeting sales targets . Initially, this role will be work from home , with the possibility of transitioning to a work from office setup as IIDE establishes its presence in Bengaluru , or you may be designated to one of IIDE’s partnered colleges in the future. Fluency in Kannada is essential for effective communication with prospective students and their families. Key Responsibilities: Student Counseling & Guidance: Counsel students about IIDE’s digital marketing programs via phone and online platforms. Provide career guidance and information to students and their parents. Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Mentor and support junior counselors in achieving their individual goals. Take on additional responsibilities as required, including leading larger student groups and managing escalations. Target Achievement & Reporting: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly counseling targets . Track conversion rates and optimize performance using CRM and sales automation tools . Senior Counselor Responsibilities: Manage complex queries, handle escalations, and contribute to setting standards for junior counselors. Requirements: Experience: 1-2 years of experience in counseling or sales . Preferred: Experience in EdTech and familiarity with CRM tools . Skills: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) . Fluency in Kannada (mandatory). Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills . Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment . A passion for sales and guiding students on their educational journeys. Location Requirement: Based in Bengaluru.
