Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur (Partnered Campus) Work Mode: On-Campus (Requires Travel within Jaipur) About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic Associate Academic Counselors to join IIDE at our partnered campus in Jagatpura, Jaipur. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of IIDE's pioneering team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and student success, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an interest in leadership. You will guide students through IIDEs digital marketing courses, provide career advice, and work towards meeting sales targets. Fluency in Hindi is essential for effective communication with prospective students and their families. The role also requires travel within Jaipur for seminars, events, and student engagement activities. Key Responsibilities Student Counseling & Guidance: Counsel students about IIDEs digital marketing programs via phone and online platforms. Provide career guidance and information to students and their parents. Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Mentor and support junior counselors in achieving their individual goals. Take on additional responsibilities as required, including managing student groups and handling escalations. Target Achievement & Reporting: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly counseling targets. Track conversion rates and optimize performance using CRM and sales automation tools. Senior Counselor Responsibilities: Manage complex queries, handle escalations, and contribute to setting performance standards for junior counselors. Requirements Experience: 1-2 years of experience in counseling or sales. Preferred: Experience in EdTech and familiarity with CRM tools. Skills: Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Fluency in Hindi for effective local communication. Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Passion for sales and guiding students on their educational journeys. Location & Travel Requirements: Work from campus (Jagatpura, Jaipur). Travel within Jaipur for seminars, events, and student engagement activities.
