· Client consultation: Meet with clients to understand their immigration goals, provide information, and assess their eligibility for various visa programs.
· Process guidance: Advise clients on the entire immigration process, including steps for medical checkups and other procedural requirements.
· Record keeping: Maintain detailed and confidential records of client interactions, case progress, and documents.
· Follow-up and support: Keep clients informed of their application status and communicate any delays or issues that may arise.
