Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Academic Counselor. The Academic Counselor will work closely with students to provide personalized academic and career counseling, helping them set and achieve their educational and professional goals. Responsibilities include assessing students needs, offering guidance on course selection, providing career advice, and supporting their overall academic success and personal development. The role requires clear communication, empathy, and working collaboratively to create a positive impact on students educational journeys.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage and support students effectively
• Experience or knowledge in the field of Education and academic pathways
• Ability to work independently in an online/remote environment
• A Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in academic institutions or career counseling roles is advantageous
