Academic Counsellors / Assistant Team Lead Internship in Indore

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assisting students through the admission process: providing accurate information about colleges, courses, and career opportunities.
• Handling counselling calls: following up with leads, addressing student queries, and maintaining positive engagement.
• Maintaining student databases: recording and updating student information, tracking progress and class-oriented data.
• Supporting the admissions team in achieving targets: coordinating events, managing communications between students and partner institutions.
• Demonstrating leadership, professionalism, and teamwork: working proactively, confidently, and with clear communication skills.
• Note: Interns must carry their own laptops to ensure smooth operation and efficient task management.
  

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in counselling/education/admissions (education-industry or edtech experience preferred).
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written), in English and Hindi.
• Proven ability in lead conversion, relationship management, and presentation.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales-oriented processes.
• Target-oriented mindset, professional attitude, leadership potential.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Experience in the education/edtech industry is an advantage.
• Fluent in English & Hindi.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Indore preferred.
  

Compensation

• Salary range: ?3,00,000 to ?5,00,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience and performance).
