Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Academy Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students in choosing the right courses, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth admissions. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for career counselling, and enjoy helping students, this role is perfect for you!Key Responsibilities:Counsel students and parents about the courses, career prospects, and admission process.Handle incoming inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins and convert them into enrollments.Provide personalized guidance to students based on their interests and career goals.Follow up with potential students and maintain a database of leads.Assist in organizing seminars, events, and career guidance sessions.Work closely with the marketing team to improve outreach and engagement.Maintain records of admissions, fee payments, and student progress.Required Skills & Qualifications:0 to 6 months of experience in counselling, sales, or education sector.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.Ability to work in a target-driven environment.Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).Fluency in English and local language.Benefits:Competitive salary with incentives on enrollments.Professional growth and training opportunities.Supportive and dynamic work environment.
