Requirement -

✅ Any Graduate

✅ Work experience: 6 months to 18 months

Key Responsibilities -

Advising & Counseling – Conduct individual and group sessions to support students with course selection, registration, and academic planning.
Educational Planning – Guide students on transfer processes, internships, and career pathways.
Student Support – Track student progress and provide intervention strategies where needed.
Workshops & Programs – Organize training sessions on study skills, time management, and career exploration.
Record Keeping – Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.
Outreach & Communication – Support student engagement via emails, newsletters, and events.
Professional Development – Stay updated with best practices in counseling and advising.
