Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Academic Counsellor for a full-time, on-site role located in Solan. The Academic Counsellor will guide prospective students through the admissions process, provide information about programs and courses, and assist them in selecting appropriate academic pathways. The role involves conducting counseling sessions, maintaining student records, organizing orientation programs, and collaborating with faculty to ensure a positive academic experience for students. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to build relationships with students, parents, and faculty members.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for counseling and relationship building
• Ability to organize and conduct sessions, events, and orientation programs
• Proficiency in maintaining student records and data management
• Capacity for collaboration and coordination with faculty and academic teams
• Knowledge of educational programs and admissions processes
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in academic counseling or student services is an advantage
