Who Can Apply: Graduates with 6 months to 7 years of relevant experience in EdTech/Technical/Degree course sales . MBA Freshers (2024 batch only) with excellent communication skills. Professionals passionate about student counselling and conversion. Mandatory Requirements: Age: 18–32 years. Fluent in English and Hindi (both are mandatory) Strong interpersonal and convincing skills. Comfortable with 6 days working structure. Target-driven mindset with eagerness to grow. Roles & Responsibilities: Counsel students on Manipal University’s programs and help them choose the right fit. Manage leads through CRM, follow up, and drive conversions. Maintain high productivity, meet daily KPIs, and close sales. Handle inbound/outbound calls and provide course details effectively.
