Location: Bangalore (Work from Office) Shifts: Day Shift Work Days: 6 days/week (Sunday fixed off) Key Requirements: Qualification: Graduate with at least 6 months of EdTech or any sales experience or MBA freshers (Marketing & Sales specialization) Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi Experience: 6 months to 7 years in sales (Inside Sales experience is a must) Age Limit: 18-30 years Salary & Perks: For MBA Freshers (2024 Pass-outs): Up to 4.2 LPA For Experienced Professionals: Up to 6 LPA (based on communication skills & last drawn salary) Incentives & Corporate Benefits Responsibilities: Drive continuous improvement in sales processes Manage student admissions & achieve sales targets Provide coaching & mentoring to team members Deliver information on programs, promotions & products via phone Understand customer needs & pitch relevant programs Convert leads, close sales & meet quarterly quotas Counsel students & interact with parents Gather market feedback & report insights to senior management Handle inbound & outbound sales calls.
