Location - Bangalore Profile - Academic Counselor Process - Telesales Working - 6 Days Shift - Day Shifts Salary - up to 6 LPA ** Language Required - English + Hindi** Roles and Responsibilities Identify potential clients through cold calling, outreach, and networking to generate leads for academic programs. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions using EdTech platforms. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to develop strategies for lead generation, conversion, and retention. Meet or exceed monthly targets for new business acquisition, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction metrics. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in BDE/BDM roles within the education sector or related industries. Proven track record of success in generating leads through cold calling, inside sales, telesales, or other digital channels Strong understanding of EdTech platforms and their applications in education/training industries. Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
