Role & Responsibilities: Counsel prospective students and guide them on available UG and PG program options. Conduct counseling sessions via data calling and online chat support. Provide complete information on degree programs, admission procedures, and eligibility. Handle and resolve admission queries via phone calls and walk-ins. Follow up on leads to maximize conversions and drive admissions. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and enrollments. Gather feedback to improve the student counseling process. Preferred Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree in any discipline. Minimum 6 months to 5 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or counseling (preferably in EdTech or education). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Target-driven and confident in student conversion and engagement. Familiar with CRM tools and data entry/management. Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets. Eligibility: Graduation in any stream (mandatory) Industry background: Education / EdTech / Inside Sales / Customer Service / Business Development Open to diversity hiring Salary & Benefits: CTC: 4 LPA to 6 LPA (based on experience and current package).
