Position: Admission Counselor Location: Noida, Sector 62 Work Timings- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Experience: 1-4 Years (International & EdTech Experience will preferer) Working days - 6 days Key Skills Required: Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field Possesses an energetic, outgoing and friendly demeanor Eager to expand company with new sales Self motivated and self directed In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry Roles and Responsibilities: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by converting leads into enrolled students. Engage with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to understand their academic goals and aspirations. Identify potential leads through various channels, including online inquiries, networking, events, and referrals. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
