Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Marketing - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets - Conduct webinars and small sessions to prospective students - Engage in marketing activities to promote our brand and services 2. Student Counseling - Assess student profiles and counsel students on course requirements - Suggest suitable courses based on student interests and abilities 3. Communication and Relationship Building - Communicate effectively with clients and customers - Build and maintain relationships with college representatives - Stay updated on program changes or new opportunities 4. Data Management and Reporting - Maintain a proper database of students and update sales figures - Provide timely reports to managers 5. Admissions and Project Management - Handle admissions for courses and projects - Conduct industrial visits 6. Customer Service - Handle inbound, outbound calls, and attend to walk-in clients - Manage customer complaints and resolve issues
